Welcome to Raisonance Credit Card online store.
Credit Card Orders are accepted only in EUROS.

We accept VISA and MASTER Card.

Please fill in carefully and complete the form below (bold fields are mandatory): when you click on SUBMIT you will see a confirmation page, you will then be connected to the secure site (as shown by the https:\ replacing http:\) where you will be asked to enter your Credit Card details.

Make sure you select the exact product you want. For products including a software license, by default you are going to receive your Product with a Software Key (where applicable), if you prefer the dongle (Hardware Key) click on the appropriate option.
We also suggest you read the License Agreement and in particular the Support and Maintenance section.

For kits only including software (with a software key), it is possible to select the electronic delivery, in that case, you will not pay any shipment costs as you will receive information by email and download the software from our web site.
If you select "Courier Service" as shipment method, you will have to pay shipment costs, and you will receive the CDrom, the material (where applicable) and the invoice in around 2 weeks. Paper documentations aren't delivered anymore. Documentations are delivered on .pdf files on the CD or on the downloaded file.

Prices are indicated without the VAT.
VAT is always charged for French companies and private individuals in France. Private individuals/companies within the european community can also be charged if they don't have a valid VAT number or if the VAT number isn't specified at the time of the order. The VAT isn't charged anywhere else.

Country: If (EC) (European Community) appears beside your country and you fill in a valid EC VAT Code you will not have to pay VAT.

Other (country): If "Rest of the World" is selected, this means that you did not find your country in the list, you have to enter it in this field.

Phone, Fax: Don't forget the international prefix (e.g +33476081816)

EC VAT Code: Intra-European Community VAT number: if your company is in the EC fill in this number and you will not have to pay the TVA.

SIRET: For French companies only

Product: Choose your product and check that the price is what you expect it to be

Quantity: You can order several copies of the Product you have selected

License: choose the Software Key or the dongle (Hardware Key). For products that do not require any key (boards) leave this field at its default value

Shipment Method: choose the shipment method you want. If you choose the Electronic delivery (download), you will not pay any shipment costs. Otherwise, if you choose Service Courier you will pay some shipment costs

Shipment Costs: indicate the price of the shipment you will have to pay, according to the chosen shipment method chosen and to the selected country.
