Order form to RAISONANCE

You have purchased a Raisonance Starter-Kit for the STR7 family: STR71x-SK or STR730-SK or the STR9 family: STR91x-SK. This kit includes an RLink, attached to the REva mother board. It is limited to 32KB for in-circuit debugging.
You can purchase an upgrade to the STRx Professional kit in order to get RLink-Pro, In-circuit Debugger & Programmer with no limitation for STR7 and STR9 at a special price (610 euro instead of 750 euro).
To do so, please fill in carefully and complete the form below (bold fields are mandatory) and select the kit you want to purchase.
When you click on SUBMIT the form will be emailed to Raisonance and will be processed within two working days.

Important
shipment costs will be added to the product cost, according to your location.

Prices are indicated without the VAT
VAT: will always be charged for French companies and private individuals in France. Private individuals/companies within the european community can also be charged if they don't have a valid VAT number or if the VAT number isn't specified at the time of the order. The VAT isn't charged anywhere else.

Serial Number of the Dongle: The Serial Number of your RLink dongle. To get this Serial Number either download RLinkCapab tool or open RIDE, connect the dongle and use the Options|Debug menu, select Real Machine and RLINK then click on "Advanced Options" button. On the "Debug options" window, click on the "Connect to RLink and read serial number" button.

Address, City/State:, Zip/Postal:, Country: Your complete address

Country: If (EC) (European Coommunity) appears beside your country and you fill in a valid EC VAT Code you will not have to pay VAT.

Phone, Fax: Don't forget the international prefix (like +33476081816)

EC VAT Code: Intra-European Community VAT number: if your company is in the EC fill in this number and you will not have to pay the VAT.

SIRET: For French companies only

Shipment Method: As your product contains some hardware, Courrier Service (TNT, UPS or Chronopost) will be used to send the product.
