Francis Lamotte

Founder, President,
Technical Director Microcontroller Tool Group

Francis Lamotte, is the owner of Raisonance SAS, the microelectronics tool company that he founded in 1988. He has lead the company through its 20 year-history as its principle technical and business director. He originally began the company to serve the microcontroller industry. He expanded the company to encompass both hardware and software expertise capable of providing a complete range of application development tools including C compilers, assemblers, debuggers and emulators. Today the company serves two principle industries: the microcontroller industry with application development tools and the smart card industry with signal analysis and test tools.

Francis currently serves as Raisonance's President and Technical Director for the Microcontroller Development Tool Group. He defines the group's strategy based on market needs for microcontroller application development, evaluation and promotional tools.

Benoit Hedou

Technical Director Smart Card Tool Group

Benoît Hédou currently serves as the Technical Director for Raisonance's smart card tool group. He defines the group's strategy based on the market needs for systems dedicated to testing of smart cards, card readers and other systems implementing these technologies. Thanks to a ten-year experience in the conception of test tools, and most notably systems for validation of the NFC ecosystem, Benoît is a contributor to standardization organizations including AFNOR for ISO 14443 and ETSI for SWP and HDLC. Today Raisonance offers both a portfolio of test equipment used by the industry’s leading manufacturers, integrators and certification bodies, and services that include consulting, product development and training.
